These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Harmonized Trades application and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the Services.
Plans. Current plan details and prices are shown in the app and on the web before you buy.
Auto Sync and Schwab authorization. Auto Sync is off until you turn it on. It requires an active Schwab authorization. Schwab requires you to re-authorize every seven days, and Auto Sync pauses until you do. Manual Sync remains available on every plan.
Where you subscribe. You can subscribe through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Harmonized Trades web app. Web purchases are processed by our payment provider, RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full card number. A subscription bought in one place unlocks your plan on iOS, Android and the web.
Payment and renewal. App Store purchases are charged to your Apple ID; Google Play purchases to your Google Play account; web purchases to the payment method you enter at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled. For App Store purchases, auto-renew must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial. Pro may be offered with a 7-day free trial to new subscribers, as determined by the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider. A payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends (at least 24 hours before, for App Store purchases), your subscription converts to paid Pro at the monthly price shown when you started. If you subscribe during a trial, any unused portion is forfeited where the store's rules provide for it.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Web purchases are not refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@harmonizedtrades.com.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. A new price applies from your first renewal after notice. App Store and Google Play subscribers are notified, and asked for consent where required, by Apple or Google. Web subscribers are notified by email at least 30 days before the new price applies.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.
Harmonized Trades provides tools, data, and AI-generated insights for informational purposes only.
We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.
Nothing provided by the Services should be considered financial advice, recommendation, or endorsement.
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonized Trades and its affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the Services.
All content, trademarks, and materials within the Services are owned by Harmonized Trades or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
If there is any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA for iOS App Store use of the app, Apple’s Standard EULA controls. For non-iOS access to our services (e.g., via web), these Terms (including the sections above) govern.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA (without regard to conflict of law principles).
