We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your Harmonized Trades account and all associated data, we're here to help.

How to Delete Your Account

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation. This action cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email. We'll process your request within 30 days.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

Processing Time:
- In-App Deletion: Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation
- Email Request: Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your request
Confirmation: For in-app deletion, you'll see a confirmation message. For email requests, you'll receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Basic and Pro are billed by Apple or Google, and they keep renewing until you cancel them there. Cancel first, then delete. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Legal requirements: Some records, such as purchase and subscription history, may be retained where we are required to keep them by law.
