Help Get your trades in
Get your trades in
Stocks and options only. Harmonized Trades does not import futures, forex, or crypto. More brokerage connections are in progress.
The web app comes with Basic and Pro.
Link Schwab
Go to Settings → Brokerage, then Link Schwab Account. You sign in on Schwab's page. We never see or store your Schwab password. Your Schwab connection is stored encrypted at rest.
On every plan, including Free, tap Sync and pick a date range. Nothing touches the connection until you ask.
You can unlink from Settings → Brokerage. You can also revoke access from inside Schwab, and Auto Sync stops.
Auto Sync is off until you turn it on. With Basic, Harmonized Trades checks Schwab after the close. With Pro, it checks through the trading day and brings new fills in as they happen. Schwab asks you to re-authorize every seven days — we'll remind you before it lapses.
Import a file
Fidelity is a file import, not a connection. Export your history at Fidelity, then in Harmonized Trades open Settings → Brokerage and choose Import from a file.
The same screen takes any CSV or spreadsheet. Match your columns once. That format is saved for the next file.
On the web app the same import is available to Basic and Pro. Column matching is saved there too.
Add a trade by hand
On Home, tap Add Trade. The form is titled Add New Position. Switch to Quick Entry is on that form. Options have their own fields: type, strike, and expiration.
What's supported
Stocks and options, on the free plan and on paid plans. Futures, forex, and crypto are not imported. A file that contains only those is skipped.
