Privacy and your data

What we store

We store the email you sign in with, the trades and notes you enter or import, and your journal: plans, quick notes, reviews, ratings, and tags. Sign-in is handled by Auth0. We never see or store your password.

If you link Schwab, the connection is stored encrypted at rest. We never see or store your Schwab password. You can unlink in the app or revoke access at Schwab.

No ads, and no third-party analytics SDK. The privacy policy describes the feature counts we keep on our own servers.

What goes to OpenAI

Education mode, on every plan, can send the question you type so it can explain a concept. It does not send your portfolio.

On Pro, chat can send relevant excerpts of your trades and notes, and After-Trade Analysis can send the excerpts it needs to write the sentences. The numbers are still computed by our engine.

Free and Basic portfolio chat stays on our servers. It is not sent to OpenAI. Notes you write in Education mode are not sent to a model.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings → General → Delete My Account. If you can't open the app, use the delete-account page or email support@harmonizedtrades.com.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play, or Settings → Manage subscription on the web, whichever you subscribed through.
